What are the accepted trade and payment terms?
We normally work on EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF terms. Payment is typically 30% by T/T as down payment, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment or via L/C at sight.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For standard configurations, the delivery time is 20 working days. Customized configurations typically take between 30 to 40 working days.
Can the car be customized with specific colors?
Yes, the vehicle can be painted in any color requested by the client. Customers should provide the color number. We support a maximum mix of 2 colors per vehicle.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We offer a 1-year warranty on our electric golf carts, excluding easy-to-wear parts.
How are the vehicles and parts shipped?
Vehicles are mostly transported by sea or by railway for landlocked regions. Spare parts are shipped via air or express couriers like DHL, UPS, and Fedex.
