Do you accept customization for vehicles?
Yes, we customize vehicles as per special requests with reasonable cost and lead time, provided the customization does not involve chassis modification.
What is your warranty term?
We provide a 1-year warranty. For failed parts under warranty, we either cover repair costs or send replacements and cover freight costs.
Do you provide after-service spare parts?
Yes, we provide all spare parts for our vehicles, even up to 5 years after production has stopped. A parts manual is also supplied for easy selection.
What kind of technical support do you offer?
We provide technical support via email and phone. If necessary, we can arrange for an engineer to assist at your location.
Do you accept OEM orders?
Yes, we accept OEM orders provided the quantity is reasonable, typically ranging from 300 to 500 units per year.
What are your typical payment terms?
For new customers, the standard term is a 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% T/T before loading. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
