Do you accept customization?
Yes, OEM & ODM are welcome. We can customize the logo, color, body style, packaging, and other details according to your request.
What is your delivery time?
Sample orders take 3-10 working days, while bulk orders take 15-25 working days depending on the quantity and customization.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T and Alibaba Trade Assurance. For amounts ≤ USD 5,000, 100% down payment is required. For amounts ≥ USD 5,000, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 24-month warranty for the frame, engine, and motor. The battery, plastic, and other parts come with a 12-month warranty.
