We typically work on EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF terms. Payment is accepted via T/T (30% down payment, 70% before shipment) or L/C at sight (30% T/T down payment, 70% L/C).
What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard configurations take approximately 20 working days. Customized configurations require 30 to 40 working days depending on the specifications.
Can I customize the color of the vehicle?
Yes, the vehicle can be painted in any color as requested. Customers need to provide the specific color number. We support a maximum mix of 2 colors per vehicle.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We provide a 1-year warranty on our vehicles, excluding parts that are subject to normal wear and tear (easy-broken parts).
How are the vehicles and parts shipped?
Vehicles are mostly transported by sea or by railway for landlocked countries. Spare parts are typically sent via air or express couriers like DHL, UPS, and Fedex.
